Board Bill Number 21 In Session 2024-2025
Summary
Purpose of the Bill: This bill authorizes and directs the City of St. Louis to let contracts and provide for design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction for the Loughborough Ave. Bridge Over Union Pacific Railroad; Grand Drive Bridge Over Metrolink and Forest Park Parkway; Traffic Management Enhancements Ph. 6 (Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. from Hodiamont Ave. to Grand Blvd.); and 4th St. (Chouteau Ave. to Convention Plaza) and Washington Ave. (3rd St. to 14th St.) Multimodal Improvements. The bill also authorizes the City of St. Louis to enter into supplemental agreements with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission, Federal Highway Administration, utilities, railroads, Bi-State Development Agency, Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA), Great Rivers Greenway District (GRG), Greater St. Louis, Inc., and other governmental agencies and parties as necessary for the completion of the projects.

Summary
An ordinance that provides minimum standards to improve the availability of highly trained and diverse construction workers as well as diverse and highroad construction employers to who now and in the future will be available and able to perform infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial construction services to and in our City for generations to come in a manner that is economically efficient and beneficial to the City, businesses, and communities that support successful, diverse, and thriving families and individuals for the City.
Summary
An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment repealing Ordinance 71822 in its entirety, and amending Ordinance 71393, Ordinance 71494, Ordinance 71505, Ordinance 71554, Ordinance 71561, Ordinance 71591, Ordinance 71592, and Ordinance 71650 by reappropriating certain amounts specified herein in an aggregate amount of $13,819,393.64 for other purposes; and with an emergency clause.
