The bill proposes to amend The St. Louis City Smoke Free Air Act of 2009, by amending Section One of Ordinance Number 68481, codified in Section 11.31.020 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, to define “Tobacco Consumption Bar,” and by amending Section Seven of Ordinance Number 68481, codified in Section 11.31.070 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, to include Tobacco Consumption Bar as an area where smoking is not regulated.
