This Board Bill authorizes a public works and improvement program at the Airport consisting of capital improvement projects to and for the terminal complexes, airfield structures, and other Airport improvements including the acquisition of certain equipment and vehicles as more fully described in Exhibit A thereto entitled “FY2023-2024 PROJECT LIST” at a total estimated cost of $170 Million Dollars, and authorizes an appropriation totaling $93,118,319.00. This Board Bill contains a severability clause.
