Summary

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street and alleys. a) Clarence from Natural Bridge to Lexington. b) The western 201.25 feet of the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 4441 WB aka 4441.10 as bounded by Natural Bridge, Lambdin, Lexington and Clarence. c) The eastern 125.40 feet of the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 4445 as bounded by Natural Bridge, Clarence, Lexington and Newstead. The Petitioners are Efficacy Consulting & Development LLC and others. The vacated areas will be used to consolidate property for commercial development. Two new north/south alleys will be constructed as approved by the Board of Public Service and dedicated in order to maintain ingress and egress for the east/west alleys in City Blocks 4441WB and 4445.
